JM Web Designs Partners with the Nebraska Film Association to Bring More Movies to Nebraska

JM is excited to announce that we are starting a web site project with the Nebraska Film Association [NFA] – an organized group of arts supporters, business leaders, specialized workers in the film industry, independent skilled professionals and others working to promote incentives for the film industry in Nebraska, thus bringing more money into the state – that will help to promote the group and their cause.

One of the values that JM strictly holds to is our commitment to Community Involvement.  What this means is that we believe strongly in giving to and supporting work that prospers our local area.  We believe that if the NFA can bring more films to the state, this will greatly increase the profitability, not only to the state, but more specifically to Omaha area business, thus prospering our region. 

The result of this partnership is that we are building a web site for the NFA at no cost to them.  This is a group that is working very hard at fundraising to work towards political action and we are honored to help support their cause.  We encourage you to visit their landing page and see how you can become a supporter today!

Our industry is one huge collaborative effort. Be it a discovery of the next extra (Phil) or a search for the next starlet (Cam) or partnering with professional vendors like you - all in the name of realizing the vision - when true collaboration happens, it's nothing short of magic. As the official President of the NFA one of my few powers is to express the official gratitude of the entire organization. We have had some very positive meetings with the Governor and the Revenue committee but they make it clear that in belt tightening times we will face a big challenge to get anything 'new' passed. It will take the efforts of a lot of folks putting pressure on a lot of legislators this January to make anything happen this year. The website will be an essential communication tool in the campaign.
